Sign Up for the Convenience and 24/7 Access of NetTeller Online Banking

To sign up for internet banking, please download, print and complete the appropriate application. You can also stop by one of our offices for an application.

Either mail or bring your completed application to any Bank of Richmondville branch location. (Note: commercial customers must visit a branch office and see a customer service representative.*) You should receive your NetTeller ID within 7 business days.

Our online banking "applications" are saved as PDF files, which require Adobe Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it by clicking on the "Get Adobe Acrobat Reader" icon to the right. This will work for both PCs and Macintosh Computers.

Take Advantage of Online Bill Paying

If you are currently a NetTeller Online Banking Consumer and would like to add the Bill Pay feature to your account, you may do so by selecting the Bill Pay tab after you have logged into your NetTeller account.   Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at (518) 294-6661, (518) 234-4397, or (518) 295-8884 with any questions.

Obtain your NetTeller Online ID

In order to activate NetTeller Online banking you must have a NetTeller ID. Your NetTeller ID must be applied for and will be received directly from the Bank of Richmondville. Your original personal identification number, called a NetTeller Password will be the last 4 digits of your social security number, or if a business, the last 4 digits of your Federal ID number. To Log In to NetTeller Online banking —

  • Enter your NetTeller ID and NetTeller Password, then click on "submit"
  • The first time you enter your NetTeller ID and NetTeller Password, you will be prompted to select a new Password (required for additional security)
  • Once you've entered, or confirmed, your password, you will be presented with an "account listing" page and you're on your way – it’s that easy
*For commercial customers, please note that additional authorization forms may be required to be completed in order to establish an internet banking account. Upon your visit, a customer service representative will provide you with any necessary documents. Please be prepared to present the following information: 1) A valid drivers license for each signer on your account, 2) proof of your Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Employer Identification Number (EIN), if applicable, 3) if a DBA, copy of your filed DBA documents.
